These are drawings I did in Europe while in college. I got a lot of attention with my sketches at a portfolio review later. A fella named Bob Dennard told me that I could draw like a “Mother F’er.” He wrote a note for me to meet Seymour Chwast who is a famous illustrator in New York. I met Mr. Chwast later that summer. He told me that there was a big difference between illustration and fine art. I must be on the fine art spectrum. I love drawing with charcoal but I have never really tried to stick with it to make money with them. Anyway, hope you like them.

I was in Europe for 6 and half weeks while in college. It was a blast. I love charcoal and especially figure drawing which I am currently not doing much of lately. My wife and I went to Europe for a few weeks for our honeymoon as well but I didn't do quite as much drawing that time around.
